Yes. The boom mic sits close to your mouth and cuts background noise, so the other person hears your voice clearly. It works on Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, WhatsApp and normal phone calls.
No. The noise cancelling is in the mic, so the person on the call hears less of your background. Comm 2.0 is open-ear, so you will still hear what is around you. If you want to block all outside sound, this is not the right product.
Yes. It stays connected to two devices at once over Bluetooth 5.3. Take a laptop meeting and answer a phone call without pairing again.

Yes. Switch to Music mode for fuller sound and flip the mic up when you're not on a call.
Very little at normal volume, because the speakers point into your ears. In a very quiet room at high volume, a little sound can be heard nearby. This is true for all open-ear headphones.
Comm 2.0 sits outside your ear and nothing goes inside the ear canal, so there is no pressure from ear tips. That is the main reason people switch to open-ear.
It is IPX5 rated, so sweat, splashes and light rain are fine. Do not use it for swimming.
