No ear tips go inside your ear canal. The hook sits over your ear and the speaker rests outside the canal, so there is no pressure even after hours of calls or music.

No. SafeBuds are open-ear, so you will still hear what is around you. The four ENC mics reduce background noise for the person on your call. If you want to block all outside sound, this is not the right product.
Very little at normal volume, because the speaker points into your ear. In a very quiet room at high volume, a little sound can be heard nearby. This is true for all open-ear earbuds.
It is IPX4 rated, so sweat and splashes are fine. Do not use it for swimming or in heavy rain.
