Do I need to install an app?
No. The tracking camera is built into the base, so it works with your phone's own camera and with any app, including Instagram, YouTube, Zoom and Google Meet.
Will my phone fit?
The spring clamp holds most standard smartphones, both iPhone and Android. Very large phones in thick cases may need the case taken off.
How do I pause tracking without touching it?
Use the AI gesture control. A hand gesture pauses or resumes tracking, so you don't have to walk back to the phone mid-shoot.
Does it work in low light?
It tracks best in a well-lit room. In dim light the sensor can lose your face, so switch on a room light or a ring light.
How is it powered?
It's USB rechargeable and the charging cable is in the box.
Can I use it outdoors?
It's built for desks and tables. Outdoors, place it on a flat, stable surface with good light.
What if it isn't for me?
You have 7 days to return it. Email support@ngearsafe.com and we'll arrange a pickup and refund. COD is available too.
